According to a new statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC) and the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA), foreign residents will be allowed to travel and return back to the United Arab Emirates starting June 1. All residents who wish to travel to the UAE must visit smartservices.ica.gov.ae and register their names under the service named Residents Entry Permit.
