Kerala state in India is expecting the arrival of 6530 expatriates returning back home from countries, mostly in the Middle Eastern region through June 2. A total number of 38 flights have been scheduled by the governments of the countries participating, which includes eight flights from the UAE, six flights from Oman, four flights from Saudi Arabia, three from Qatar and two from Kuwait, along with one flight each from Bahrain, Philippines, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, France, Indonesia, Armenia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Ireland, Italy, Russia and Singapore. Until date, the state has been able to bring back 5814 people from abroad, back to their homes. A special train will also make it's way from Delhi state to Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala on Wednesday, bringing back stranded Keralites.
