New guidelines announced by the government of India following lockdown 4.0 from May 18

As India entered the fourth phase of lockdown until May 31, the country's Ministry of Home Affairs have announced they will allow inter-state movement of passenger vehicles (cabs) and buses with permission from the states involved. Sports complexes and stadiums will be permitted to open, however spectators will not be allowed and restaurants will operate kitchens for home delivery of food items. The government shall continue night curfew and will restrict movement of any individuals between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM, except for essential activities. Protection of vulnerable citizens will also continues as people above the age of 65 years, pregnant women, persons with co-morbidities and children below the age of 10 years will strictly remain home, except for essential health purposes.
